General information

Dogs do not learn in stressful situations so it is important that your dog will be comfortable in the company of other dogs, and people, during a class environment.

If you think your dog may find a class situation stressful, then you may be more suited to a 1-2-1 Home Training session, where your dog can be trained in more familiar surroundings.

If you knowingly have a dog that is not happy to be in the company of other dogs,( barking and lunging at other dogs) and you book onto one of our courses, and your dog is reactive in class, then you will be asked to leave the class, and no refund will be given.

We welcome children to attend our classes, as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult. It is important to note that we cannot take responsibility for the safety of children during the classes. We kindly ask that supervising adults ensure that the children are safe at all times.Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Your dog must be wearing a collar with an identification tag with your name and address on, as the minimum required by law.
